Our waste clearance service includes the loading and removal of bulky waste by our experienced team using a tipper van. We collect waste from anywhere on your property, load it safely, clear up any loose debris, and transport the waste to a licensed recycling centre for responsible disposal.

Rates are based on the volume of waste removed and include labour, transport, and recycling or disposal costs.

Man & van rubbish clearance should not be confused with standard skip hire or ‘wait & load’ services, as our service includes the labour required to remove and load your waste for you. This makes it an ideal solution for customers who want a fast and efficient clearance service without the need for skip permits or having to load waste themselves. It is also perfect for properties with difficult access where skips may not be suitable.

Our rubbish removal Services

We include up to 30 minutes labour on all waste collection jobs. Properties with difficult access or larger clearances that require additional labour time may incur extra charges depending on the work involved.

Masterton Property Services’ waste clearance and uplift service is based on the removal of non-hazardous waste that can safely be lifted by two operatives.

Under waste licensing, health & safety, and insurance regulations, we are unable to remove the following hazardous items:

- Commercial fridges, freezers, and air conditioning units

- Gas canisters and gas bottles

- Hazardous or toxic materials

- Oil, petrol, or diesel

- Paint and cans of paint

- Tyres

- Chemicals or solvents

- Explosive or flammable materials
